On Valentine's Day most florist have a very tight schedule with orders that have been pre-booked and business deliveries being on a higher priority. If your delivery requires special accommodations, such as a specific time, then it is especiallllllly important to order early or get it delivered the day before. (Getting the message here, guys?!)
What we do to help: We have added a team of temporary delivery drivers. We hire as many
delivery personnel as possible to ensure customer satisfaction. Even then, we all have limits
and once the delivery personnel are booked we can not add any more. We are planning on
starting the day at 6:30AM for our delivery personnel and working till the end of the day!!!
Our design crew will be working around the clock to create each arrangement with care.

& be reasonable with demands on delivery times. No florist can be in 400 spots 9AM sharp !!
